My running week – 18th to 24th June

Well it’s been a while since I’ve had a full week’s running to report on, but last week I achieved it … yippee.

My plan required me to run 3 times (2 miles/2 miles and 3 miles) and I did indeed achieve this mileage.  However, it wasn’t as smooth as all that as I didn’t take my first run until Thursday, meaning I had to run 3 times in 4 days.  The first two runs were pleasant enough, on Thursday and Saturday morning with my Mum in the sun in the park, but the last was less fun, at 7:30 on Sunday morning after a bottle of red the night before and on the dreadmill!


However, I DID IT!

    Well done for running after a bottle of red. I can never manage it (and I am oh so partial to a bottle of red!)
