1st week’s weigh-in

Small steps, big results?
Since I stopped working I’ve noticed that my daily step count has plummeted. I used to regularly clock up 12,000 steps a day, now I struggle to do 6,000 (and that includes giving the whippets their daily walk)! Pretty amazing considering I had a desk job, but I guess all those walks to the coffee…
